At Aoife Harrison Design we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality products to our customers. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@aoifeharrisondesign.ie with details.

Items must be unused, in original condition and returned within 7 days for a full refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any returned goods are well packaged and protected so as to ensure no damage will occur to the goods in transit.
Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, unworn.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service team will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund hair accessories, unless they are defective or faulty. Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase.
